If it weren’t for the grace and guidance of my grandmother, Mimi, I would not be the woman I am today. I’ve walked through fire and come out untouched and unbothered—only by God’s grace. My grandmother, a college professor and lifelong educator, never treated me differently for my mistakes; she always saw me as a child of God. Mimi’s House exists to offer that same hope, guidance, and second chance to the next generation.”
